Our short courses are carefully designed to help you settle into an exercise routine with a short term achievable goal. Our supervised personal training sessions are great value for money and work out as little as £8.75 per session.
Couch Potato Breakout

This is our most popular personal training offering. We estimate we have guided over 4000 people through this eight-week programme. We will lead you gently into exercise with twice-weekly fully supervised sessions. You and the trainer will establish some goals and design a programme to help you achieve these goals. Over the course of the programme our clients develop more and more independance and some even go onto take out their own gym membership.
GENESIS COMPLETE

This is our most interactive Personal Training programme. You will work with a Personal Trainer independently twice a week to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
The Road to Wellness Programme

The road to wellness is a ten-week programme which follows on from the Couch Potato programme. The road to wellness is designed to give you, the client, more independance in the gym. This is done by exercisng alone once a week and also having a supervised session once a week. You and the trainer will design a fitness programme and work together to keep you on track.
Teen Genesis

Teen Genesis is an exercise programme aimed at young people aged 11-15 years old, who have either lost the habit of doing regular exercise or are yet to start. Under the supervision of a personal trainer the child will have fun during exercise as well as learn safe correct techniques which will hopefully lead to creating good active habits.
